The recipes that matter are usually the ones with a stain on the card and a note squeezed into the margin.
We started Lamb's Recipes because the food we make was scattered across cookbooks, screenshots, text messages, and recipe cards.
This is our working recipe box. We keep the version we actually cook, along with the notes, substitutions, and family stories we do not want to lose.
A recipe is worth keeping when you know you will make it again.
We will add recipes as we cook them. Each one will have clear directions, useful notes, and only as much story as it needs.
